the processing time depends on which NCS used?

I will apply my app through NCS, there is one thread talking about processing time, it seems to be quicker when you do with NCS at Wandsworth.
The processing time is depending on where you apply to?
Also said the average processing time is 4-6weeks to be approved, is that still current trend?
