Are ppl alrdy on PSW affectd with changes to tier1 general?

Hi

I am currently on PSW expiring at the end of october 2010. I was thinking to switch to teir1 general. How will this new changes affect me?

I have bachelors in uk and salary of 20k. will i b able to do that in new rules or the current (old) rules will b good for me?

please advice as i am complete noob in this all.

If you have no pending application or do not wish to apply before the April start, then you will be considered on the new rule .

i am afraid you will not qualify under new rules because you will earn no point for earnings.

and you will not qualify under old rules because you dont have masters....

so tier 2 is your best bet
