ILR backdated??

Post by soulfullness » Wed Mar 24, 2010 10:34 am

Hi all

I initially entered UK in Novemebr 07 2005 but ILR is stamped on 19th Decemebr 2009. There is approx 41 days difference and it is 41 daysmore than completing 4 years in Uk (HSMP Judicial review) and I did not get any letter from home office saying backdated ILR. Do you think any possibilty to back date my and dependents ILR to exactly on 7th November 2009? or just ignore it apply for naturalisation on 19th December 2010 fulfilling 12 months ILR.

In this case I will be completeing 5 years on 6th of Nov 2010 but ILR time period will be 41 days short of 12 months on 6th Nov 2010. So I have to fulfill both 12 months of ILR and 5 years. If I apply on 6th November 2010 for naturalisation I am short of 41 days but fulfill 5 years.

Thankd all in advance
