Wife's Surname

HI,
I am applying for ILR under hsmp judiciary review with my wife..
but both of our surnames are different. But i have the marraige certificate
and also bank statements on the same address. I can also show marriage photos as well.

can any one please confirm if different surnames will be a issue ? My
wife is currently on a tier 1 dependant...

It should not be a problem. I am in same situation going in May but few of my friends got ILR who had the same situation. I would not worry as long as you have marriage certificate.

Marriage certi is the base to establish primanry and dependent relation for spouse. no photo, letter etc.
