Work permit for Netherland

Hi,
I am Sandeep Gupta from India. I work for a software(IT) company. My company requires me to work from the Netherland's office. I need to start off with the process. Can you help me out as whats exactly is legalisation, and how long does it usually takes for the work permit to get processed.
