5 yr residence permit

can anyone help,
I claimed asylum in 04/2002 on arrival and was refused but last yr i reopened my case and was granted 5 yr residence permit,i was just wondering if by any means i can appeal against that decision as i've been here for a long time.it will be 13 yrs of me being here in this country without ILR
