Premium Appointments - Timing

Hi

I have a premium appointment booked at croydon at 10 am. However I have something urgent medical appointment at 11 am that day.

Does anyone know if i show up at 8 am, will they ask me to wait till 9 30 am or will they let me in at 8am itself. Just wanted to know how strict they are
