Recommendation for professional translator in Delhi + funds

I will be applying for Tier 1 (General) soon and will be submitting my masters degree certificate (University of Delhi).

Unfortunately even though my field of study was English Literature, my degree is in Hindi.

Can anyone recommend a professional translator in Delhi who can provide a certified translation?

Also, I will be submitting statements from my current account in the UK for proof of earnings. But for maintenance funds I want to submit my Mini Cash ISA statements and the amount in my current account is never very high whereas I have a good amount in my ISA.

How can I prevent them from considering my current account for maintenance funds and thus rejecting the application?

This is urgent so would really appreciate some help from the experts here.
