MINI Urgent!! which address

Post by raj » Sat Oct 08, 2005 2:09 pm

Hi there

Web site says:

Extension applications should be submitted two months before your leave to remain as a Highly Skilled Migrant expires.

You must submit:
• A fully completed FLR(IED) application form.
• The correct payment.
• Any original documentation required to support statements made on the FLR(IED) application form.

These should be sent to:

Work Permits (UK) - FLR (IED)
Home Office
Walsall Road
Cannock
WS11 0WS

FLR FAQ at Wed site says:

6.Where shall I send the FLR(IED)?

For postal applications the FLR(IED) form should only be sent to the address below:

Work Permits (UK) - FLR(IED)
Home Office
Walsall Road
Cannock
WS11 0WS

FLR (IED) Latest form and guidance notes says:

Work Permits (UK) -FLR (IED)
Home Office
Walsall Road
Cannock
WS11 0JA

there is a difference in post code, please help me which address to be used for sending my application for HSMP Extension.
