EU/UK work permit for russian citizen

Hello,

I am russian citizen, currently finishing my master degree in Europe. I am doing joint degree, and by July 2010 I will be getting Master of Science diploma (Materials Science) from University of Rennes 1 (France) and University of Turin (Italy).
I have French student visa type D, for one year (until 01.09.2010), and swiss residency permit type L (Kurzaufenthaltsbewilligung) until 30.07.2010 (part of my thesis I do in Switzerland, in Swiss Federal Institute of Technology).

So my question is - what are the possibilities for me to get European work permit? Which countries are more easy in terms of application and actually giving work permit? Is there a possibility to apply for a work permit in any of mentioned countries, or any other?

Back in Russia, I have two degrees - Bachelor of Science (Chemical Engineering, 4 years), and Engineer (Chemical Engineering, 5 years).
