Change from PSW to Student Visa

Dear Forum Friends

My PSW visa is going to expire on 23 June 2010. Unfortunately, I am not eligible to apply for HSMP due to lack of salary in my pay slips as per requirements. My question is: Can I change from PSW to student visa? If its possible then what are the requirements?

Hope anyone with confirm and authentic report will inform me.
