Can council help me to pay interest only of the mortgage?

I have following question
I have ILR Status, If I claim Housing benefits now(Currently I am staying as a private tenant). and in future if My situation is change and I will buy house by mortgage(interest only mortgage) then I will stop claiming housing benefits. Now the question is that
ï‚® after buy House by mortgage(interest only mortgage) if my situation is change and if I want to claim housing benefits again can council help me to pay interest only of the mortgage ?[/b]

No, HB is only to assist with rent. It is not to help with mortgage payments.

My parents are 66 years old can I apply for them as my dependent(I have ILR Status) if I am currently claiming benefits in uk.
