New Business registration in UK

Hello,

Could any experienced person give hints on how to register An Import company in UK.

I am on HSMP VISA and entered in UK in July 2005. I see a lot of business potential in UK for various items imported from Asia.

One person wants to export some items form Asia to UK. UK responsibility he wants his trust in me. These items are very cost effective and are very much demanded in UK.

Please intimate or provide links "How to register a new (Import) company in UK". For this I will have to open a business bank account in UK.

This is very urgent. Please post your experiences in this regard.
