VAF9 Form - Help required in Part 6 and Annex A

Hi,

I have a question around filling up the VAF9 form:

1. Section 6.3 and 6.4
6.3 Have you ever been refused a visa for any country including
the UK?
6.4 Have you been granted a visa for the UK in the last 10
years?
Question: It required a date to be filled in. Can someone please tell me what these dates are ? Is it the date of rejection in 6.3 and date of travel in 6.4?


2. Page 07 of VAF9 - Where we have to put in the list of documents that we have provided:
Question: Since there is not enough space to put in all the documents that I have provided, can i specify there : Please refer to the attached sheet ( this sheet will be an A4 sheet which contains the list of the documents provided for each assesment critiria)
OR can I simply say , please refer to the Cover Letter, since I have all the information in there.


Would appreciate your help.

Hi Gurus-
I am also having similar question on Part-6.3-> "Have you ever been refused a visa for any country including the UK?"
Once I have got VISA refusal from USA but that doesn’t show up any reference number, there is only one stamp from US Consulate showing date. What to write here against reason for refusal ?
