dose psw visa time period count when applying ILR

Hi, two years of psw visa , will they count when i will apply for Indefinate leave to remain, after completing 10 years

better apply for ILR before summer of 2011 though. rumour has it that ILR scheme will be abolished by that time.

Dont ask me for a proof because there is none and i clearly said its a RUMOUR!
