HSMP Extention - Several UK Addresses under 2 years

Hello Seniors,

I was just thinking, i have lived at 4 addresses in under 2 yrs but there is only space for 3 on the extension form - do i put the last three and ignore my first address? I only stayed at the first 3 addresses for 1.5 months each and have been in my present place for over a year. I was wondering how it would look to the case worker. Do i need to declare all 4 addresses?

Just some tricky bit and was wondering what to do. Any advise please?

Common sense suggests that you attach a separate sheet to include any information that is asked for but you are unable to fill up in the space given.

No more silly questions this way as i'm playing the waiting game now.
