Non-Updated police certificate - PSW rejection?

Non-Updated police certificate - PSW rejection?

By mistake I did not updated the address of the police certificate on time, now I already updated the address with the police but they put a note on the certificate stating that I did not do it on time. Does this mean that the PSW visa will be rejected? Should I even bother to apply?
