I am Indian national married to US national. I was working in US on H1 from Apr 2006 to Aug 2009. I have been on sabbatical leave since then and been traveling in India. Now I want to apply for Tier 1 immigration to UK. My income for the period 2006 till 2009 was approx USD 100k per year. I have tax returns for those periods to prove that. Can I include the previous year's income as proof of income? Since I do not have any income since then.
