Would appreciate any advice-I'm new to this!

Hi all.

I'm a final year LLB law student and I'm looking to go over to England (around London) in order to enrol for a part time course (Graduate Diploma in Law) that allows me to convert my degree so that I can at some point practice as a solicitor in the UK.

Thing is, the only visa I can apply for at this point is the tier 2 visa. I've applied to HUNDREDS of jobs through recruitment agencies explaining my position and my requirement of a sponsor but have had no luck.

Unfortunately I do not earn enough to make the Tier 1 point system as I am a student, and obtaining a student visa won't be of any help as I will have to work in order to provide for myself.

Can anyone offer some advice of how to go about obtaining a sposnor?

Any potential employer can sponsor you only if they cannot find anyone with similar skills / experience within the UK and EU.

The law doesn't allow otherwise.
