Student visa -> FLR(m)

Post by thebunster » Thu Nov 10, 2005 4:53 pm

My finacee's student visa expires in January. We are getting married in April (CofE wedding so the church is able to deal with the licence stuff for us).

I don't want to apply for a fiancee visa as it will mean she can't work for three months, which would be financially bad news for us.

Instead I was going to apply for FLR(M) as we have proof of 2 years' cohabitation.

Is this a viable way forward?
