Dear all,

I am on a PSW in UK and my fiancé to whom I will be married in about two weeks, is in India (he was earlier on a student visa which just expired in May 2010).

All I want to know is, what documents will be required for him to apply (from India as my dependant) and in GBP what are the maintenance funds he or I should have in our accounts and for how long?
