			Chance, I am not aware of any proposed change to the legislation regarding domestic workers.
Markie, if the domestic worker has already been employed for the last three years, clearly more than one year, and now the whole family is moving to the UK, it looks very much like that requirement has been met.
But there might also be other issues. For example, if someone has got HSMP, but not yet secured a job in the UK, but now they want to move themself, their family and the nanny to the UK, I suspect that the ECO will clearly be looking at more money being available to ensure that no claim on Public Funds will be needed.
In other words, moving the domestic worker to the UK with the family is clearly an extra expense the funds for which need to be available.
