VFS Appointment for Tier 1 Dependent Visa

Hi,

I wouls like to apply for dependent visa for my wife from VFS hyerabad.
Is VFS appointment is mandatory to apply for Tier 1 dependent visa?

No need.. They can just walk in early morning to VFS office to get the visa form submitted on same day. However its quicker if they have prior appointment.
