HSMP Help

Hi All

One of my friend wants to apply for HSMP. So his case is little bit different. So need your suggestions. Here is his exact question/concern

"Well i told you that i am thinking about the HSMP application.....and i need to know that can i apply now or i have to wait for 1 year in bahrain and then provide proof of my accounts salary....
you know i recently shifted to bahrain...before this i was doing job in pakistan and in pakistan i did job of 10 months only...so my income from pakistan is for 10 months...from bahrain i just started and it has been only a month...................so do you think that i have to wait for 1 year and then after 1 year apply for HSMP or can i apply now...in case i can apply how can i provide my salary detail and under which country band it should be?
