Expired spouse visa wanting ILR

Today is 9/JUN/2010. I've just noticed that my spouse visa has expired 7 days ago (2/JUN/2010)! I miss read the dates as a month in the future and already have the ball rolling to do my Life in Britan test (25th June) and have appointment in Croydon to get ILR in person on 28th June.

What do I do? I've been trying to call the Borders Agency all day and have sent two emails but can't seem to speak with anyone.

I'm worried I have to leave the country?! What can I do?
