I have been giving lots of suggestions for friends on Tier 1 visa but now I need information for myself. Isn't it wired?
My wife is student in UK and after finishing her studies, she is going back home country to apply for Tier 1 dependent visa. We have been living in UK for less that 2 years.
Some questions:
1. How much fund we should be showing?
2. Can we show fund in saving account or has to be in current account? We have join bank accounts in our name (my and my wife’s name)
3. I saw some people mentioning that included marriage photographs when applying for Tier 1 dependent visa? Do we really need it? If yes, does it have to be attested by someone?
Will the fact that we have been having bank joint account for a year removes photo requirement or we still need to have it? The only reason is my wife is going alone, so I want to make sure everything is ready from UK and just submit there.
