Dear All

I am new to this thread......

My husband applied for his spouse visa in June 2009 it took the BHC 5 months o process the application. In November 2009 he was issued with the refusal notice. His appeal was lodged in December 2009.

I am still in this long and painful process.....

What reasons were given for the refusal?

You should hopefully be soon getting date for your hearing probally in Bradford soon. Takes on average 6 months to get hearing.

Have you heard anything from BHC or AIT yet?.If not have you contacted them?

What was the refusal ?
