I am applying for PSW from India and have just come across some questions where I am confused. I am filling up APPENDIX 4: TIER 1 (POST-STUDY WORK) SELF- ASSESSMENT, can someone please guide me

3.2 Confirm you have sent an original letter from the academic institution as evidence that the United Kingdom institution is either a United Kingdom recognised body, listed body or holds a sponsor licence under Tier 4 of the Points Based System. Put a cross (x) in the box

Is it the Visa letter they issued you, if not then which letter is it?

Part 4 of the form
4.1 Give the period during which you studied and/or undertook research at this institution towards the above qualification.

I had to extend the visa to complete my dissertation, in this case do I have to write the dates for my dissertation or the complete course date.
Which one will I tick from 4.2

original letter from ur uni should state that information,

your full course date......when you started and when u finished ur course

and if u was on student visa while u was here than put a cross infont of student
