Third party funding, allowed?

Hi,

Just wanted to know if third party funding was still allowed. The situaction is that my fiance has a child in zambia and we want to get him as a couple so would third party funding by way of a big sum being transfered and letter to comfirm be enough to bring the child here on a visa of some kind I want to adopt him anyway but how would that work.

Really urgent as we are thing of going in two weeks if TPF is allowed.

Hope someone can help, Im bamboozled!
