Spouse or Settlement Visa

Could you please give me some advice based on my circumstances mentioned below.

Circumstances/Situation:

I got my HSMP in June 2005
My LTR was approved in July 2005 (based on HSMP certificate) and I was granted 1 year of stay.
I got another LTR in July 2006 and this time I was given 4 years of extension i.e., July 2010.

I got married in Feb 2009 and my wife got spouse visa in April 2009, she got LTR until July 2010

High Court made a decision in favour of HSMPs and as a result I became eligible to apply for ILR in July 2009 rather than July 2010. However, I didn't send my wife's passport along with my application. I didn't know that her visa can be extended as well along with my application.


Questions
Now that I am on ILR what sort of visa I am supposed to apply for my wife "Spouse Visa extension" or "Settlement Visa" which is due next month?

If I have to apply for extension on Spouse visa then how many years of extension she is likely to get?
