Hi
My salary slip is a complicated.
it has the following fields:
Salary: my base salary
Additional Hours - global: additional fixed amount paid always for additional hours.
Payment amount: Salary + additional hours.
Total of payment: Payment amount + additional payments like bonus
Net Salary: amount if deductions of incoming tax and pensions.
Amount to pay: Net Salary - Compulsory deductions (the deduct amount which I need to pay to the employer because he paid instead of me)
The amount to pay is the sum that enters the bank account. not the net salary
Question 1: does they assume that the Net Salary will be in the bank account or they will consider the "ammount to pay" ?
Question 2: As I mention, the employer deducts some amount from my Net Salary, like a payment due to usage of High Way, do I need to proof that these payments were paid to highway for example? do I need to submit documents supporting this?
Question 3: another trouble, I attended a stock plan, the company buy for me stocks in discount and the they deduct the amount they paid, does this affect previous earnings?
BOTTOM LINE: do I need to justify deductions deducted by the employer from my NET SALARY?
