Applying for ILR on HSMP Judicial Reveiw

Hi Guys

I wonder if you could help me. I am soon to re-apply for ILR in the UK. I have got a dependnat husband and two children. My husabnd has got Drink Driving and unqulified driving convinctions from 2006(before we married, I was not in the UK then) the driving offence codes are BA10, IN10, DR10. He was snetneces to Community servuce of 100 hours.

I did not know about his conviction and when I made the application it fell for refusal as I did not declare, which I did not know. Now, i have got another chance to apply and I do not wnat to risk it as not sure if it will fall for refusal for the cinvictions this time round.

My question is as follows. Can this prevent me from getting indefinite leave to remain? I will declare everythinh as it is written on paper that I have read.
