Will claiming Child Benefit and Child Tax Cr affect my ILR?

Hi,
as in the subject, I'm EU citizen, been living in the UK since 2005, after birth of baby last year started claiming Child Benefit and Child Tax Credit. Now we want to apply for ILR. Do you think it will affect it?

A couple of points. Firstly have you read the first pinned topic in this Claiming Benefits section? That clearly gives the answer to your benefits question.

Secondly, why are you talking about ILR? You cannot possibly get that. Instead you might well get PR status, under the terms of the EU Directive.
