my faince and i applied for a fiance visa last november and got refused for various reasons i.e we had been in our relationship for 1 year but i had only been to visit him twice . they also didnt think i had enough money to support us before he was able to work and there was also an issue about proving i had adequate accomodation . the biggest problem though was that i had only submitted call records of our daily contact and not any msn or skype convos cos my computer packed in and i had to get a whole new hard drive so everything was lost . i went to a lawyer and she sent my appeal form etc. away for us and i also provided a budget for my finances , and all msn convo's since i got my new pc along with proof i had accomodation for us . my hearing date is on the 17th august and i have even more msn convo's plus iv been back out to visit him again . i just want to get any advice on what kind of chance i have of getting this oveturned .
