baby born in india

Post by salina02 » Mon Jul 05, 2010 12:59 pm

Dear All,

I'm currently a Tier1 holder and my wife is expecting our first child shortly.

we'll be having this baby in our native land.

So, would the baby require a passport or visa to return or can the baby be included in the mothers passport.

Please help

You need to apply for separate Passport & then dependent Visa.

Thanks for your reply,
Getting a dependant visa for child is it same as getting for the partner.
In the sense of fees and documents.

Best Regards
