Tier 2 ICT- Dependents' Sponsorship by Company Allowed?

Post by UK_Tier2 » Wed Jul 07, 2010 2:20 am

Hi everyone

My husband's company is planning on applying an ICT (Intra Company Transfer) Visa-Tier 2 in some months' time.

Along with his application, my application- dependent's would also be processed.

As per the UKBA site, I have seen that to sponsor a dependent, we need to have £533 for the dependent, and £800 for the main applicant as well, in the bank account.

My husband's company, is an A rated employer, so is it possible for the company to show that they are sponsoring my husband and I (Dependent) as well?

Or is their letter valid for my husband only?

Thanks in advance for your forthcoming responses.

I think that it's possible.
