my visa status is ILR.can i apply another kind of job like factory worker?presently i am a senior care assisstant.Could i still be qualify for Birtish citizenship if i will work in a factory as a permanent? please help...

Whether you work, or the type of work, is not an issue when applying for Naturalisation.

eldo, clearly not your circumstances, but there are people who succeed in getting Naturalisation as British even though they have never worked in the UK at all. I am thinking of those on a spouse visa who then are a housewife, or indeed a househusband, for example looking after the children.

eldo, you are imagining a problem that does not exist.

John.. is thr any long term visa for elders? mean parents? I was wondering if at al there is any provision for ppl who want to get their aged parents to stay with thm.

Generally very difficult and very expensive, the visa app is now £1600 each!
