New changes in Maintenance requirement 23 july 2010

I would like to receive comments from senior members regarding new changed announced on 23 July 2010, news link as follows;

there is also a PDF policy guidance document. Please go through and give advice,

1. DOES IT MEAN , FROM NOW ON WE DON'T NEED TO SHOW MONEY IN ACCOUNT FOR THREE MONTHS???

2.DO WE NEED TO SHOW ONLY ENDING BALANCE ACCORDING TO REQUIRED LEVELS??

3. DOES THIS RULE APPLIES TO TIER 2 DEPENDENT APPLICATIONS? IF SO THEN IF I HAVE THREE DEPENDENTS I WOULD HAVE TO SHOW £533 X 3 = £1599 IN ENDING BALANCE OF MY STATEMENT AND I DON'T HAVE TO SHOW FOR WHOLE BLOODY THREE MONTHS????
