FTS, studies and than PSW

I initially did my masters in 2004 and than took up my Fresh talent visa up till 2006, during this time i also started studying for my ACCA and finished my first level before my visa expired.

i decided to continue my ACCA in the Uk and the information i received than was that i had to leave the country and apply on a student visa and come back to finish my course. and that time both my college and the visa offices here and in india, on enquiry said there would be isnt a rule in getting the FTS again, This was before the PSW was introduced. so i cam back, spend nearly 6k to finish my course. thinkin git will be worth while to do my acca and work in the uk

Now the rule is once u have applied , u cant apply again, can somebody please advise me on this situation.

If you were granted 2 year leave to enter/remain under the Fresh talent: Working in Scotland scheme, you cannot apply for Tier 2 (PSW) again. But you may apply for leave to enter under Tier 1 or Tier 2 if you qualify.
