hi guys,
Thanx for all your help. I got my tier 1 visa stamped for 2 years. My pay slips were covering the period of 12 months and five days i.e 1st july-5th july but my gross salary was above £41000. So I clamimed for the recent 12 months from 6th july 09- 5th july 10 because pay ending period is written on every pay slip so always calim for the recent 12 months and if your pay slips are covering more than 12 months they will simply calculate your salary for the recent 12 months.
never provide any document that is not confirmed by your bank statement. I did't deducted any thing for myself I just claimed for all my pay slips that were confirmed by my bank statement and also provided the covering letter showing my pay priod and gross salary.
I thought of providing a letter from my employer for the month of june deducting my 5 days salary which was causing a confusion for me but that salary was not confrmed by bank statement so i left that option and simply claimed for recent 12 months period with pay slips and bank statements. and they gave me points for my pay period i claimed for and got my tier 1.
I also attatched the self assesment form to claim all my points.
Thanx.
