Hi everyone,
My situation is this. I'm in Canada, applying to go to the UK. I got my CAS from the University of Leicester (the school I was accepted by).
My passport has my first AND middle names as given names (example, XXX YYY) and then my surname, effectively making my name XXX YYY ZZZ.
As such, I filled in my visa application as XXX YYY ZZZ as well. My CAS however is just XXX ZZZ (as I very rarely use my middle name), and my bank letter also addresses me as XXX ZZZ.
The address for myself on all documentation is shown as the same though. One other thing that supports my case (I think?) is that my proof of qualifications (my transcripts from my undergraduate studies here in Canada that I used to get into my program in the UK) has me as XXX YYY ZZZ. The qualifications match exactly with what is listed in my CAS, which only names me as XXX ZZZ.
I realized all this far too late and my biometrics appointment was the next day, so the people at the University of Leicester said a new CAS wouldn't be possible. I know it's my mistake for not catching it earlier. My question, is this something I can be refused by?
I explained this situation with my evidence in my visa application also so the ECO could see my point.
Any help is VERY much appreciated.
