Tier 1 general Dependant visa requirement

I am on Tier 1 General Visa in Uk and now want to apply for my wife as dependant on me. Its been load of conversation about showing the proof of accomodation, but i cant find anything on the actual form Application form VAF10 - PBS Dependant

asking for it... Can any one put any lights on?

yes for Tier 1 G Dependent its not required but i wud suggest to provide tenancy agreement as proof of address. it make ur case more strong. also TA is also good to show them you can accommodate and maintain your spouse here in UK. i wud say must include it as BHC are quite fussy. Besf of luck
