RESTRICTED WORK on ICFN

Hi,
Tier 4 dependant ICFN card's remarks said
"RESTRICTED WORK
NO DR/DENTIST
TRAINING"

what does it mean?
Is it saying any job is allowed except Dr/Dentist training?
