Oci application in London OCI Clarification needed?

Hi All,
I am applying for OCI Next week in London HCI, could someone please clarifiy following two doubts?
1. How Many Photos do i need per applicant?
2. Do we need to sign back of the photos?
3. In PartB Question 22 saying details of family members staying in india, do i need to provide all the contact details of parents, and brother sisters etc?
