Just a question ok a couple oy questions:
when you book an appt for a set m application - the peo give you a reference number...
and they take a contact number from you...do they or can they call you to ask for more information?

So if an application is complex can they call you to say pls do not turn up at the peo and pay the £500 fee as they may not be able to deal with the case on the day? How does it work? say you had turned up and paid the fee for the premium service and they decide they need more time?

this has not happened to me but i have a missed call on my mobile with a "no number" listed and i think it is the HO....

Sally, I think you should stop worrying about this. There is no reason for the PEO to phone you for more information in that way. After all, until you get there, there is no reason for them to suspect that your case is complex.

The only reason why they would call you is if, due to unforeseen circumstances, they need to change the date/time of the appointment .... a fire in their building or the like.

A call on your mobile? Number withheld? Probably one of those unsolicited calls that seem to be to so prevalent these days. There is no reason for you to think that call was from the PEO.

You think your case is complex? You want to say why you think it is complex? The fact is that if you turn up with all the required supporting evidence there is statistically a 98% chance you will get your ILR that same day.

If your case really is complex it is probably a waste of the premium fee for going along to the PEO. Submit by post instead.
