Which documents to submit

I am going to apply again for Tier 4 student for an English Course. I have two documents and want to choose one and tell the school to mention it in the CAS:
1-I assessed by an online test, there is a PDF file which is the certificate of this test. It could be printed in color. It does not bear any stamp therefore and it has my name, level, date and the name of the test.

2-My IELTS with overal 4.5 but Reading 3.5

which one is better? school waits for me to let it know.
