Same-sex partner as Dependant

Hi

I am going to apply for my post-study permit soon. I have recently got married here in teh philippines to my same-sex partner (woman). I would like to call her to the UK. HOwever, our marriage is not legal it was just a holy union meaning no laws involved. How can I call my partner to the UK? Please guide me on what evidences can I provide? Also, I do not have a job at the moment. does it matter? or you just need the maintenance funds?
