ILR and 4 year rule.

Hello all,

I know that this an oft asked question, but I would like some informed opinions, if you will.

I came on a 5 year WP in 2002 August ( Date stamped on my Passport FLR is 23rd aug 2002 till same day 2007). In Jan 2005 I left to go work for our US office, Came back once in April for 2 weeks, and have been back since mid september 2005 (on the same WP).

In Aug 2006, do I pass the 4 year rule.
If not, do I qualify in Aug 2007
