Various Questions Regarding A Spouse ILR

Post by gazza1990 » Wed Sep 15, 2010 9:25 pm

Hello to all,

This is my first post on the site although I have been a reader for almost two years.

Please cast your eyes over the following questions and provide any advice you can. All is appreciated.

1) My wife is due to complete two years in the UK, since her entry to the UK on her two year souse visa, on the 08/11/2010. This would mean that she can apply from 28 days before that day, i.e 11/10/2010.

My question is (before we book an interview date), should we then add onto our calculations the sum total of the two family holidays back to her home country that we have taken? Thus taking us to a date somewhere in late November?

2) Is it possible to change the PEO appointment date once it has been chosen on-line? We would ideally like to get it over and done with as soon as possible but we currently wait on the embassy of her home country to provide us with a renewed passport . Has anybody ever changed their appointment on-line?

Thanks in advance.

You can re-schedule an on-line booking if necessary.
