Tier-2 provisional certificate

My friend's sister applied for Tier -2 General in kerala. she enclosed only provisional acadamic certificate only when she made the application today. she doesnt need to claim points for the qualification as she applying under the shortage occupation. she is getting original certificate on monday. do you think they refuse the visa on the basis that she didnt include the certificate although she is not claiming for qualification? OR can we email the the certificate eventhough we applied today. please advise
